How to factory reset your laptop in Windows 11

In the Settings menu, left click the “Recovery” option toward the bottom of the page.

Click the "Reset PC" button on the right side of the screen in the Recovery menu. As a result, a brand-new window will open.

In the Reset this PC window, you'll see two choices: " "Remove everything," or "Keep my files."
