How To Control TV or AC With Your Android Mobile | How To Use Smartphone Infrared Feature

The infrared (IR) feature is a hardware component that allows devices to send and receive infrared signals. With this feature, a device can act as a remote control for other devices, such as TVs, ACs, and other home appliances, by sending and receiving IR signals. The IR feature is commonly found in devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. When enabled, the IR feature can be used to control appliances by emitting infrared signals that correspond to the signals that the appliances receive from their original remote controls. This allows you to control your home appliances using your smartphone or other compatible device, without the need for an additional remote control.

If your Android mobile phone comes with a built-in infrared (IR) blaster, you can use it to control your TV or AC without the need for an additional app. 

Here are the steps to control your TV or AC with an Android mobile built-in infrared feature:

• Check if your phone has an IR blaster: Go to your phone's Settings app and search for "IR blaster" or "Remote control". If your phone has an IR blaster, you will find it in this section. If not, your phone may not have an IR blaster and you will need to use a third-party app or a physical remote control.

• Set up the remote control feature: Once you have confirmed that your phone has an IR blaster, you can set up the remote control feature. Go to your phone's Settings app, and select "Connected devices" or "Additional settings". Find and select the "IR blaster" option, and follow the instructions provided by the app to set up the remote control feature.

• Add your TV or AC to the remote control: After you have set up the remote control feature, you can add your TV or AC to the remote control. Open the app that you used to set up the remote control feature, and select the type of appliance you want to add, such as a TV or AC. Then, follow the instructions provided by the app to add your appliance to the remote control.
